This is the twenty-second item to be added to the museum and the seventeenth art piece. This is the B&W version of the 2009 Halloween piece that my brother 
mistypine01 drew which was based upon an idea that I came up with during the middle of October, which 
train agreed to once I'd told him about it.
Anyway, the picture shows Germania, Mega-Weasel and Lady Liberty at a Halloween party, all clad in semi-sexy looking outfits, with Germania dressed up as a German Beer Maid, Mega as the magazine heroine, Vampirella and Lady Liberty as a French Maid. I think that the dialogue gives you a very good idea what those of the three thinks of the outfits.
