My apologizies for the late reply.
Alright well about eight minutes after I read your message the first time my sister called and told me she found someone to take him, so technically he's gone.
Still though I suppose I'll answer the posed questions.
I live about two hours from Saint Paul, he was an outside cat to start with he just sort of didn't do well outside at his old him, his habits are usually walking around interacting with people though he sometimes refused to sit still for long. He isn't neutered, and he never defecated outside his litter box, he was a bit skinny and he wasn't on special food.
