I don't know what local differences between Goth-people are, but considering I once participated in the WGT (World Gothic Treffen [=meat up]) in Germany, Leipzig, I'd say there is still far too much colour on her. My Picture of a Goth is pretty much Black and White, with maybe some very intentional bright colours. But, again, "Goth" might have a completely different meaning at your place...
