Ehh, take over the world, crush his enemies (whoever he thinks they may be), shoot first and ask no questions later, rewrite history to his advantage... I wouldn't put anything past this guy's random unhinged ramblings. He's toxic all through, living in his head and everyone else are just things he thinks he's entitled to control/manipulate.
