Some nalvots to finish out the year.

2022 is probably my most anxiety-filled year so far. My fear and paranoia were at an all-time high. I went to see a therapist, the same one I saw about a decade ago.

I was expecting comfort. Instead he was intense. He sparred with me, challenged me, gave me even more things to think about than I had brought him. But he also said some of the kindest words I've ever heard, and he helped me see myself differently.

I have an Overthinking script I've been poking at based on what happened this year, but I don't know if I'll draw it. I just have this overwhelming fear that I'll get the exact opposite of sympathy. (The entire rest of the US and the world had an objectively worse 2022 than I did.) I'm already annoyed at my past self for some of my Overthinkings. I think I lay it on really thick, and try to shield myself from all criticism and control how others see me.
