Happy New Year everyone, at least as far as I am posting this from my perspective anyway..
In any case, I decided to commemorate this occassion by posting yet another Elestra artwork I made a while ago. This time I am posting Wacky Willy, a lovecraftian deity in Elestra that has one of the most convoluted origin stories of the Thread.
To Summ it up, Wacky Willy used to be an in-universe Toon Character of the Humanity Era of Humanity, but millenia after their extinction, a doll of him survived into the modern time of Elestra, with many archeologists wondering what was the true nature of his "Statue" so to say. However, thanks to Cosmological non-sense involving an insane Cosmic Animal, Elestra was split into two versions of itself, and the Wacky Willy doll not only gained full life and sapience, he also become one of the new gods of his version of Elestra.
To be more specific, he became a new God of the Pit, which is a group of Eldritch Deities on either side of Elestra, with Wacky Willy just so happen to not only be one of their most powerful memebers, but technically their "leader" as well. But to make matters worse, while he has a good heart, he is nonetheless an insane being that for the most part operates like he still exists on a slapstick cartton with all the toonish powers that comes with it.
And yes, that is just as dangerous and wierd for the inhabitants of either Elestra as it sounds.
