Last drawing of the year, it's a Penguin sailor in the US Navy, based off of giant penguin species that lived in Antarctica back in the Miocene and Eocene eras, recruited from the Antarctic territory of Palmeriche. I dunno, as soon as I read about these giant prehistoric penguins, I wanted to draw them since I have liked penguins since watching March of the Penguins and Happy Feet and reading Tacky the Penguin and there's not a lot of decent penguin anthros out there.
