its made from the pepakura files made which are available from halocostuming.wikia from there once its been assembled its reinforced with fibreglass met and resin...and yes u totally can use it for a spartan 3's armor although u either mean the mjolnoir mk4 or 5 or the SPI armor used by the bulk of the spartans 3's
