Axel has gotten himself in one of Manaphy's shenanigan Heart Swaps as the Mama Goodra and Axel swaps bodies with each other. Though, the Goodra didn't see it as a bad thing too much as she got the Manaphy's play on words. Axel on the other hand was still not used to having swapped his body just for the New Year Celebration. I'm sure he'll get used to it though. Manaphy did say since it's a new year, ye get new bodies. Possibly one of the best takes on a New Years idea I've ever seen or heard.
Axel belongs to the commissioner.
