Patreon Activity – December 2022
December proved to be about as tough of a month as expected but there were some important things that happened.
New Patreon exclusive content
I am happy to roll out a new product I am offering in my art: picture alts. December had three released, two Patron poll winners and one commission.
Alts take an enormous amount of time and mental energy to do the way I’m doing as it is not a simple toggling a layer or two to hide clothes in the case of nude alts. You get to see boobs drop or bodies squish to the tight clothing. One of these alts include a nipple alt if you’ve wanted to see some naughty bits~
I decided to make alts a Patreon exclusive feature, so if you want to view alts you will need to be on my Patreon, at least on the $5 per month tier. I will do my best to make sure there is at least two alt sets made each month with at least one being a Patreon poll winner.
If it is appropriate to the character and/or person who commissioned/requested the picture, I will include naughty bits. Hyper growth and environment (height changing) alts are expected to be done at some point as well.
As close to a vacation I’ll get
For about a two day stretch over Christmas, I only worked around 2 hours each day, which was about as close to a vacation as I got this whole year. Pretty much I worked every single day of the year, 365 days. The average amount of work for each day is probably between 8-9 hours.
Little progress with building
I paid an enormous price to purchase that piece of commercial real estate that houses my mom’s bookstore to help ensure its future. The vacant side is still unfinished and it has no prospective tenants now. So while it is vacant, I have to pay for all the additional expenses, renovations and repairs out of pocket with money earned from art. I’m expecting it to remain vacant through at least January.
Finally found some time for Pokemon Violet
I managed to get a little bit of time to play Violet and I am very impressed with the game. Yes, it is graphically buggy along with other issues, but I am very happy to see Pokemon take this bold leap into trying to make a more immersive experience. It has me excited to see what the next generation will look like when it is more refined.
This feels a lot more like playing a modern Final Fantasy game without battle scene transitions. Game progression I am also pretty pleased with as it gives you a new way to obtain “HM” style progression.
The Legends: Arceus Pokemon move management system I had hoped would become standard is also wonderful. How they implemented it to work with the main line games is excellent.
I’ve tried breeding and with the style of breeding I’ve done in the past, the new changes are also very, very welcome. It saves so much time, especially when breeding a Male dominant species (eye waggle to Eevee).
I think I’m about halfway through the badges so I haven’t experienced a terrible lot of the game. But so far, the story element is fairly underwhelming compared to past games but I don’t fault the game. I imagine it is pretty limited for an open world design. I would be surprised if they could manage something spectacular like Black & White or Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.
January outlook/adult content
Despite the floundering my building is going through, I should be much more available to do art than I have the last few months. I’ve had several commissions frozen due to their nature relative to my posting schedule/artistic motivation, namely adult content and 100% digital sketches/pictures.
And just so you know, I don’t post the adult content I make anywhere and it is very rare I even accept a commission of such in the first place.
I’ve wanted to make adult content a Patreon exclusive feature but I can’t figure out the logistics of handling it due to the strict nature of Patreon. I have some ideas of how to do it but it involves so much more new management things I don’t want to bother with at this point.
The other problem is that I don’t have a deep passion for making adult content. I have to be in a very specific mood to want to do it. So after reading this, don’t DM me asking for one.

I know you've got a lot going on right now but I just want to make sure that somebody says this:
Don't feel pressured to make adult and/or explicit content if you aren't comfortable with it. It's a sensitive subject for a lot of people and it's completely reasonable to not want to get involved with it.

The thing is, I don't hate adult content. I love indulging in it now and then. In fact, there is a secret kink of mine I have a lot of fun thinking about and drawing, but I keep it out of the public eye. I think a good number of my watchers would be pretty shocked to know I'm even into such a thing for how much different it is my my usual content.
