The Alolan Raichu said, breathing in heavily in exhaustion as well while looking at the Raichu who was wearing a white scarf on his neck.

"I don't know how many times I have to explained this to you... But I need to go down there... Just imagine Dasher... Just imagine how many lives you could safe if you could've just let me through.... You will no longer recognized as a criminal but a hero..."

The Alolan Raichu said once again, soon would move to his battle stance and started to shoot out some green like lightning coming through his cheeks. It seems he doesn't want to stop anytime soon. Even if it meant to hurt his own brother.
