In the summer of 2022 I took a leap of faith.
For the sake of creating a healthy balance between work and play. I decided to create a schedule, using streaming as a way to solidify this ''work'' time. To force myself away from any distractions.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday would be work days. And I would stream from 9AM to 5PM CEST
It was tough the first few days. But I noticed something I had never felt before. For once I felt like I was doing ''enough''. I was being productive during those work hours. And no longer did they bleed out into my free time. I could enjoy my time off that much more.

What I did not expect either however. Was for people to join in and hang out during the streams! Being able to complete tasks from the comfort of my own room often meant sacrificing the enjoyment of conversing with co-workers. But with streaming I essentially got to have my cake and eat it too. It is not the same as face-to-face conversation. And I have a lot to grow before I can be comfortable using my microphone. But it has been something I cannot express my gratitude enough for.

At the end of each of these streams I do a little doodle before closing up shop. Here is a collage of every doodle I've done since July of 2022 until the very end of the year.

If you have been one of these few who has popped in during these streams over the second half of last year. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. You have made me feel loved. And that is worth more than any material thing. <3
