My guess is Mina belongs to Archie, because they are basically a professional fanfiction and SEGA/SonicTeam don't expressly support them. Mina first appeared in the Archie comics, so she is likely an original invention of theirs
The real problem is who the SatAM cast belong to, since DiC handled the cartoons that no longer exist, while Archie now uses them in the comics
Also, I dunno about "Sonic's handling" ... whenever I played as him in any of the racing games I noticed he had the worst turning by a country mile out of all the characters :x kept bashing into all the walls

Haha, yeah, Sonic in the games (esp. new ones) doesn't always rule how I write him... XD Especially not in Sonic Underground. I suppose I take artistic license to make the characters more varied. :p
