The protagonist, Sir Kiljaos the lion paladin of wind, finally appears as Zofie the vixen pirate captain visits him in the cabin they had locked him in by the order of her father, so Kiljaos wouldn't know where the pirates' hideout is. They are arriving at the city of Aborku soon, but before that Kiljaos and Zofie have some time to spend some quality time together.
