This is a most enjoyable and entertaining scene. I rather like that you didn't go for a full bloating and swelling and kept him within a reasonable size as the machine came to a stop. You did a very good job conveying that sense of relief and relaxation through his expression, but also through his body language. The way he is sitting looks relaxed and as if he is having that moment to lower his guard. Nice work with the paw and arm placements and positions, they're nicely chosen and fit the image and scene perfectly. I like the way you also drew his legs and foot paws in this too. I like how long they seem in that rested position, but also good work on the thigh area. The curves are nicely portioned and show a realistic and matching size to his body. Also nice going on the round shape of his body too. It's amusing to see his back curving out with his body to give him that nice swollenappearance.
Good job on the expression too. That small and soft smile fits nicely in this as does the calm in his eyes. Also the way the machine's hose has gone limp is a nice inclusion too for details :)
