Ty Lutrax was born on a warm Wyoming summer day in June 1986. He was born a strong and healthy baby, the result of a unusual combination between a Badger, and an Otter. From his father he gets his Badger traits including a bulky build, strong body and a bit of a temperament. From his mother he acquired traits such as the long tail, an otters whiskers, and webbed feet, as well as paws. Other traits from both have resulted in a double coat, the under layer being water resistant, and highly insulating when in cold water, the outer finer layer being a bit naturally scruffy and more Badger like.
October 1989 resulted in the first hardship for the new young family. Ty's father wrecked his pickup while on his way to work early one morning due to black ice, and poor road conditions. He did not survive the accident and left his son and wife with very little to fend for them selves. Ty was often left home alone while his mother was out working trying to make a living and get by and provide for herself and only son.
On his fourth birthday Ty received a slingshot. That was the beginning of his love of marksmanship. Being alone, living in a secluded area away from towns, and having no friends to play with Ty often had to entertain himself while his mother was out working during the day. From that young age he learned quickly from experience how to survive, and began developed a strong sense of how things worked in nature, as well as life.
One year later at the age of five showing a strong sense of responsibility, and knowledge of right vs wrong Ty received a .22LR revolver, which he still has today. Wyoming's desert area where he grew up contained a variety of dangers, the most common being rattlesnakes. Ty was often exploring the fields and desert area taking his trusty revolver and slingshot everywhere he went. Many rattlesnakes met their end by means of that revolver. His first year of school was a life changing event and the beginning of his his social existence.
Ty and his mother lived in the desert of Wyoming until he was 7 years old when they then moved into a near by town. New friends and a new lifestyle made him the person he is today. Ty was never good when It came to school work especially math. However most other things he excelled in. More of a red neck, and somewhat of a social outcast he was often teased and made fun of. That however all ended his freshman year of high school when his temper problem got the better of him.
On a not particularly good day to begin with, a popular jock, and high school Senior slapped his girlfriend. This set Ty over the edge, ten minuets later Ty was in handcuffs on his way to the local police department, while the Senior was on his way to the emergency room in an ambulance. He still regrets that action, and wishes he could take it back, but has become a much calmer person because of it.
Perhaps the most regretful event took place during his Junior year of high school. Again Ty's temper bested him. He lost his best friend over a really stupid item in reality worth no more than $5. To this day he still regrets that more than any other mistake. This caused him to become self destructive, at the peak of that depression he attempted suicide. Luckily, and perhaps by some kind of Devine intervention the shotgun that was to be the device of his self destruction did not fire.
Ty's life changed shortly after that entirely. Thinking of the pain he would have caused to his family and few renaming friends, his outlook on life changed entirely. Almost nothing made him upset anymore. Things became less stressful, and he began to feel happy and content again. He started to become social again, and could usually be found hanging out with the less popular kids in school. He quickly became a class clown, and always tried to spread cheer, and happiness especially when things seem to be at their worst.
After graduating high school Ty moved to California to work with his uncle. That work consisted of working in refineries, transfer stations, and on petroleum pipeline maintenance and construction. Living in California, tho he hated the state, it was a great learning experience, as well crash course in life. Being around so many different people, and influences made Ty a much more understanding, tolerant, and open minded person. One year in California was more than enough time, and he quickly became home sick. He promised his uncle that he would finish one more job contract before quitting and moving home. So after four months living and working in Washington Ty was finally able to return home.
Once back home Ty was hired on with an oilfield service company, where he acquired his Class A CDL and began to drive Semi-trucks, and operate the equipment necessary to complete the job. He worked for a variety of oilfield based companies traveling and, living in other states including North Dakota, and Florida, again finding himself back home in Wyoming shortly after. Now 24 he works for a local casino as a shuttle driver, and security officer when necessary.
He became involved in an online community where he has made many new great friends. Though he has been a kind of watcher in that community for just over ten years, it is only recently that he became active in the community. Becoming active in this community, and getting to know so many wonderful people has helped him come to accept himself fully.
He accepted himself as being bisexual around the age of 20. Through time he developed more of an attraction to men. There is still some attraction to women, and could perhaps develop a relationship with the right woman, however he finds men much more attractive on a sexual, and social level. He came out to his mother as being gay September 10th 2010 and has since been much happier despite recent stressful events.
