Hey everyone^^
This is the first finished commission of 2023 and it's for MarcK from Instagram! He's a lovely man I met at MEX Berlin last year and he commissioned me for a Lion king inspired Brushmarker Illustration of himself and his boyfriend^^ I think that unintentionally created their Fursonas here hehe.
What a lovely image to work on! I had so much fun with this and enjoyed the process entirely^^ Not only was I happy with the sketch to begin with, but I think the colour schemes I came up with really work well here! Since Marc has dark brown hair and brown eyes, I gave his lion darker Fur and an almost black mane while keeping his glasses, as well. His boyfriend is blond and has a bit of a slimmer body type, which is why I made him kinda bright and a bit slimmer/less floofy when it comes to his mane. The blue of his eyes can be seen again in the sky, as well^^
