Some Popular fandoms can have mean and/or spoiled people. I used to have friends who are fans of Popular fandoms. But I had to disconnect from some popular fandoms due to people of that type who I met, are more like toxic people who ruin for me and tarnish me.

Unlike furries who are mostly supportive and wholesome, involved with charities. Some Popular fandoms can have toxic fans, which includes neglecting shallow fanboys, bullies, spoiled flexers.

As well as non fan-related reasons that I disconnect from some fandoms includes following my family/friends' advices, cultural differences (due to being a Vietnamese-Norwegian with autism) and just not suitable for me.

I'm glad that furries are giving good and realistic advices and wholesome for me.
