I spent far more time on this then I should have.
I wanted a banner that would represent somewhat what you could expect of me and my array of characters.
From left to Right.
Arlene and Sven, two characters that are far in my past, but still get pulled from the grave now and again to show my love of them. I miss them, and revisit them on occasion.
Mah Pets - I think these two pets left the most lifelong impressions on our family. The cat Cleo was a joy to everybody who encountered her. The fluff cloud that .. in my husbands words "was the best cat to have ever catted". He refuses to think about having another cat after her, cause none would compare. The rat... He left my son with a deep sense of loss, but in a good and healthy way. This rat was best rat as well.. he picked us. My son, the family and friends who knew him, knew he was a kind hearted, daring, and trusting friend.... even if he peed on you on occasion.
ME... because well.. who else can I best represent myself but with my title character.. my screenamesake. Plotting away at the tablet, trying to think up how I can make a thing work, if it will work, a story, whatever.. I take just as long to think about what I am going to do, as the time it takes to do it.
Kinar and Serid ... I mean really, do I need to explain? These characters drew in a fan base that loved them more then any other characters I pushed forward, and I am so proud of them for that. What was a one off short story became a nearly 10 year frequently updated comic.
And finally, Rayne and Zuriel. They will be revisited more in the future, but differently. I am not happy with the direction I took with them, but they will be worked on more in the coming years.. Its a story I would like to work on in bits.
I have excluded personal pairings of my husband and my characters.. didnt seem to fit.. I love him, he does so much for my work, but.. not so much in it. Still, give him your thanks for keeping me on track as much as he can.. I am a tough person to manage, lol.
