A cute 12 year-old Kobold kid asking his partner if he needs help repairing their ride, He's kinda a one-off I made in Heroforge, as I've considered making my own personal Kobold character, but honestly, idk if I wanna, if I do I will probably simplify his outfit.
And if he does become one of my characters, I'll probably call him Cobalt or Kobalt.
As to how the diaper he's wearing works, they're kinda like pull-ups, but a lot worse in quality, made of cheap materials, and with practically no elasticity, so they need to be held up by suspenders, they've been described as ill-fitting, uncomfortable plastic trash bags with leg holes cut in them, they're also VERY prone to leak or even tear due to their low quality, but when resources are hard to come by on this desert planet, this is often better than nothing...

Cute little Kobold, we need to see more of these guys :o
I wish HeroForge had more options when rendering diapers. Might be awhile before we see a proper Disposable option, even a knot/tassel option for Side items might work. I've been able to get a fake one by using an angled Boomerang and at a 1 inch scale it'd probably be passable.

Well, I found a few ways of making decent looking diapers. Instead of just using the two-piece bikini.
The first way which is meant to look more like disposables, is to use the "Heavy Assault Armor leg protection" or "Techno Organic Leg Armor" color the leg parts to your character's skin and the waist portion to be white, and for the torso, go to "over" and select the "Leather Tundra Belt" and paint that white, or you can paint it in a way that looks like it has tapes. For my kobold character here, I used the "mechanic's suspenders" and painted the waist part white, giving it the suspenders look. (I recommend using latex or glossy white for that plastic-y look)
The main problem with this method is that it only kinda works with scaly/rough skinned characters.
For more human or furry characters, you can go with a more cloth diaper style by choosing the "two-piece bikini" and for the "over" section in Torso go with the "cloth waist wrap" and paint both cloth white. There is a slight issue and that the top of the cloth waist wrap kinda juts out, this can be easily fixed by adding a belt in the legs section. But yeah, that's how I tend to make diapers in heroforge.

Yeah, that was the same technique I stumbled on for cloth diapers myself. Posing in the legs seems to have an effect on the height of the waist wrap on each hip, but the gap between can still be pretty visible. I'm pretty sure once I get this thing printed and painted though at that scale any small gap look like a neigh perceptible cloth fold
