Seems like a 5.7x28mm caliber as indicated by that top-feeding magazine, but what looks like an AR-15 style clamshell receiver, although given the barrel and the shape of the trigger/trigger-guard combined with the pistol iron sights, this gun has been inspired by a Mauser C96, except with a traditional buttstock-
