"Hmm, it's a real nice day today." The Gaian cougar boy smiled as he gazed up to the calm Summer sky. "Sun's shining, clouds are tiny, sky's nice and blue. My kind of day. It's pretty warm too, can almost feel the heat of the pavement through my shoes. Hmm, maybe I'll kick 'em off for a bit to give my pads some fresh air-GNNK!"

THROB-THROB, THROB-THROB

The lad then stopped dead in his tracks as his body suddenly started to bubble and ripple, his heart beating in his chest as his flesh started to tingle. Then, with a glance to his hands, a tiny gasp escaped from his little stubby muzzle as his palm pads started to puff out before his eyes, his fingers bulging and lengthening as his paw-like hands throbbed and inflated.

"Oh man, must've caught the Swells again." The cat boy blinked, calmly yet curiously looking himself over as the rest of his body started to swell.

His leggings, shirt, and hoodie were all made with a stretchy, flexible spandex-like cloth, so while they pinched and tightened a little on his body, they essentially grew with him and suffered no damage. His shoes however were not as durable, so instead of staying inside their snug confines, the cougar boy's swelling paws inflated against the straining material, pushing tighter and tighter until the seams split and his thick toes burst out from the fronts with a "POP-POP!"

Feeling the popping in his shoes and the breeze against his toe beans, the feline's eyes swiveled down to confirm that his footwear was indeed ripping apart, before feeling the backs of them digging into his heels. Partially distracted by how good his bubbling paws felt, the cougar turned to look at his backside just in time to see the black material of his shoes tear apart against his heels with a loud "RIIIP!", causing the shoe soles to flop down to the ground as they no longer had anything to hang onto his digitigrade legs.

"Oh..... good thing those were cheap." The cougar said, his calm smile returning as his shoes ripped until they were sandals.

Further his body bulged, stretching taller and taller as muscles puffed out against his clothes while his tail twitched and lengthened. With the initial shock of his situation faded, the cougar boy didn't really mind the fact that his body was growing and mutating into a hulking giant, in fact the bubbling and throbbing all felt like a gentle massage good enough to make him purr and smile, even with his shoes now less like "snug sandals" and more like "tiny flip-flops tightly hugging his big meaty feet paws."

Big meaty feet paws, that suddenly grew bigger, and meatier, and then grew bigger still.

Feeling the last few strands and strings of his "shoes" squishing and squeezing his swelling flesh, the beastfolk simply chuckled happily as he raised one of his rippling paws up to get a better look. Purring softly with satisfaction, the cougar watched as the paw ballooned out in front of him, the ripped fabric of his ruined shoes straining and straining until with a loud "SNAP! PAP!" The "sandal straps" of the exploded shoes snapped against the cat boy's bulging feet, the right shoe falling to the ground after popping off the raised paw as the left disappeared under the swollen pads of the other paw.

Then, with a final few more gurgles, the cougar stomped his bloated paw back onto the ground as he grew, grew, and grew until eventually slowing to a halt. With this sudden growth spurt, the cat boy had doubled in size, his clothes stretched against a humble musculature while his shoes were reduced to tatters and scraps to be shaken off his meaty bare feet. As far as most cases of the Swells go....he actually ended up much smaller than what normally occurs.

"Huh....this feels good actually." He said, feeling his body twitch and throb a few more times as it settled into its new size. "Guess I'll have to spend the day barefoot and hope the weather stays great. Sounds good to me."

And with a soft purring still emitting from his throat, the cougar boy scooped up the scraps of his exploded footwear and tossed them in a nearby bin, before his bloated swollen paws began to step and stomp onto the smooth pavement warmed by the summer sun as he made his way further into town....

.....unaware that within that very recycling bin, his ripped up shoes rested upon a pile of snapped sandals, burst sneakers, ruptured boots, and scraps of cloth material that used to be socks. And that wasn't even mentioning the pairs of ripped jeans and trousers, exploded jackets and coats, torn shirts and sweaters, and even some popped rings and snapped bracelets.

Many of Gaia's citizens can get rather swollen in the summer time after all....

Well, I really liked that cougar boy's outfit, and frankly I just wanted to see him grow bigger with his little cat feet bursting out his shoes. So, when I discovered  roarbowildside 's artwork and that he was doing commissions at very nice prices, I thought: "Fuck it, Imma get a growth sequence of my cat boy."

So I did it.

I....don't really have much context for this, I mean it's pretty straightforward what's going on. I just found that cougar guy and his adorable outfit super attractive and I wanted to get some art of him doing something attractive....and to me "attractive" means: "Big fleshy feet bursting out of shoes and socks."

So uh....there you go I guess. Will I use this character again? No goddamn idea. He was kinda meant to be a "random background character", so I don't really expect to be using him as a....well an actual character. But...maybe? Maybe not? I have no clue.....

Him being barefoot in that outfit is really hot though.
