So, when I drew the little guy back in this picture as a joke, I basically took the character as I had originally made him in the late nineties and added a few details that I borrowed from his future self.

I'm still undecided as if this look is the new design for a character I've held onto for over 20 years, or just a fun little detour, but it hasn't stopped me from drawing him a few more times. The whole "Short-range Telekinesis" thing is too good of a concept not to use, though. I thought that was a clever way of explaining certain things.
