When younger, Sadi (or rather, Robyn, at the time) was a very talented Empire Loyalist, with a promising future and career as one of their best and brightest, destined to even make it into the coveted Elite position.
Then a secretive military side-project got ahold of her instead, derailing those plans under the guise of a "super Elite Training Program" that really meant "be a guinea pig for some fun physical-enhancing serums that may or may not work and may also possibly turn you crazy and rabid".
After a messy breakout from said evil facility, and being called Sadistic by QUITE a few unfortunate victims, Robyn just kept the name Sadi and promptly forgot 90% of her old life. Sadi probably wouldn't even really recognize her past self, at her current stage in life--or if she did, would just consider herself a blind moron for having faith in the Empire.
thanks so much for the awesome commission prompt, Xenny! :D
