A bit of gift art I did for

A nasty fellow who regretted throwing the minicon away when he realized that new parts wouldn't be able to be forged for him and he was permanently crippled unless he could find Axel and snatch him back. Which was something that Axel's new carrier, Xeena, was never going to let happen.
