Draco is the former leader of the Trainees a band of former Neopets who were abused and treated poorly before being adopted by the SERPENT Crew, particularly their parent figure Samson. Like all 'big brothers' Draco is very protective of his siblings and suspicious of strangers. He's by far the strongest of the Trainees but lacks Kochi's cunning and skill. He resents Kochi secretly for taking over his role and challenges his authority a lot and tends to bully him when a chance presents itself.

Blessed by Earth Fairies he's capable of manipulating the earth, particularly sand, with ease. He's also trained in martial arts and can hold his own against just about anyone but lacks critical thinking skills and education in general due to being raised as a trained fighter who lives only to win and enjoy the challenge.

He’s also got some strange magical ability to control sand and earth mixing the special abilities into his martial arts. He excels at turning his opponent’s own strength and weight against them while unbalancing their footing with his earth abilities.
