Am bad with words so bear with me here
So, i am kinda burned out lately on doing stuff since i feel like i am not really going anywhere with my stuff. Yes, my models are getting better, more detailed and whatnot but i feel like i am running in a perpetual circle and try to better my models instead of actually doing something with them
"just do something with them then"
Thats the issue, i have plans for a few projects but they are all kinda stuck in a development limbo, getting more and more complex with every iteration, going beyond the scope of stuff i can realistically do on my own (like animations with sound and voice acting and a decent plot, yadayada)
So right now i am in this trap again, trying to add a few more details to a setting and going completely overboard with it, making story arcs so vast that i have no idea how i would even present them in the first place so am stuck again, yay
Also on a side note, the more i invest into characters and settings, the less i want to see them in lewd, especially vorny situations since i feel like it completely undermines all the development that went into said character
This is also a bit of an issue considering this was supposed to be the LEWD account of mine
But nobody cared for the other account so i stuck with this one for posting reasons (not pointing fingers at anyone, i get it, sex sells.. or vore in this case)
I dont quite know how to fix this whole issue honestly
Its just kinda frustrating because i feel like i am working against myself here, one part wanting to make cool stories, the other going "but the lewds!"

I hear you, it must be very frustrating to be in your position, where you feel that you have no agency over your craft. I have some questions, why do you do those animations? for who you make those animations? to please people on the internet or to please yourself? is it worth your time and effort to do content that doesn't vibe with you? can you find balanse between content that sells and content that you would like to make? what means to you if your project don't or do sell? yeah, those are questions you shouldn't awnser publicly, those are just for you, after i read your "rant", those are questions that came to my mind, that i feel would make easier to do something with your burn out. Sorry english isn't my first language so i'm bad at speaking my mind.
If you want to avoid the lewds then do that, but if you want to incorporate vore into stuff that still has a cohesive story and plot and etc, then it might be time to figure out the rules and place for it in the worlds the stories take place in.
Whether or not it's shown in a story, sex happens. It's not undermining a character for them to have kinks or libido; no more than it's undermining for any real person to have those things. Whether or not they're shown is up to you.
Vore in particular can have a lot of inflections in a world. It can be something sexual, it could be something natural, it could be something dangerous, it could be a combination, or it could be many more things, both to the characters and to the greater narrative. Instead of trying to separate "cool story" from "lewds!", maybe try to make a place for lewds to happen in the cool story, and add another layer of richness and complexity as a result.
That's just my opinion, though.

Issue for me though is that vore is so silly and strange in concept that i cannot take is seriously enough to incorporate into a meaningful story

it either ends with a character dying (which is bad for writing purposes)

I do feel like i can relate to some issues you have.
Motivation can be a problem when working on big proyects, something that i think it helps its to do small case scenarios of said characters, one needs to take it at its own pace because then you can't enjoy what are you doing whit the proyect.
