I've been wanting to do this for a while now. Basically there's this old Marvin the martian cartoon where Bugs ends up in this really cute onesie... thing, and I thought "hey why not add diapers?" So that's what I did, since I'll admit I have... kind of a crush on him.
I would've tried to do the "vhs blur" effect here but I'm not sure entirely how to do it. It's a damn cool effect though.
(Possibly) Fun Fact: I almost wanted to give him worried-looking eyelids, but I thought it wouldn't really match the artstyle old cartoons had as much. So I opted to make his distress at his poofy rear a little more subtle.
