For a very long time, I've wanted to both give him a proper anthro form and show how his plates are supposed to work.
He's juxtaposed somewhere between magic, supernatural, and machine...

The lights-off version was drawn first.
(The Wario appeared when my internet cut out midway through one of the nights I worked on this, depriving me of my music playlist...)
