It's a rough one for sure. I abandoned it myself having grown frustrated with it, but it does have some good stuff going for it. It's valuable, but at the same time, I'm not sure if I'll ever complete it with more than 1 character.

Admittedly, it reminds me a lot of Romancing SaGa 2, which is also another entry I need to return to. There's just so much you can see and do when you arrive in a new location that it's impossible to cover everything. And then you wonder which of your actions are going to affect something later on.

I loved this saga game. Its obvioualy nade on a budget of a penny and some paper clips but ot decising to focus purely on making an extremeely deep and fun battle system where you and the enemy feel on an even level rly makes it great.

It was a fun aspect to the game, but it also frustrated me a lot, and I feel like there was a lot of room for improvement, and thankfully when presenting my criticism constructively, fans of the game seem to respond to it pretty well.
