Kraygor Ironheart - what if the Iron Star is used as the heart of a Worgen?

The Iron Star is infamous for being used to power the machinery of the Iron Horde. Inside the Blackrock Foundry, Blackhand's servants are conducting horrible experiments in search of finding ways to resurrect fallen soldiers using the Iron Star as a "power source".
Kraygor was one of the most infamous test subjects. They ripped out his heart and replaced it with an engine, fueling his body and keeping it alive with nothing but pain and fire. Being alive and dead at the same time, he endured endless torture and pain until his mind broke.
After brave adventurers put an end to Blackhand's reign, Kraygor was able to escape. Traumatized and unhinged, he now rampages around the foundry, killing everything and everyone in sight. Putting him out of his misery would be the ultimate act of mercy he deserves.
