So here’s the sister of my OC Vivian, Lilian or Lil. She’s completely opposite of Vivian. Viv’s the serious one and Lil’s the not so serious one. Her life is all about having fun. She’s 2 years younger than Vivian. She also can’t keep secrets to save her life, most of which end up getting Viv in trouble, including telling their mob boss father that Vivian is Shadow Kat, which inadvertently leads him to the discovery that Chance and Jake are the Swat Kats!
