Now here's the main villain of "Heroes, Ltd.," Brother Grimskull, the CEO of Heroes, Ltd.'s main competition, VillainCo. He's basically Skeletor wearing a business suit complete with the criminal genius of Lex Luthor. And, another thing, Brother Grimskull is actually American Eagle's younger brother, similar in vain to Mufasa and Scar from "The Lion King," and Moses and Rameses from "The Prince of Egypt." It's that kind of enemy dynamic, but it's one that I don't believe will get old anytime soon.

Powers & Abilities:
Brother Grimskull has similar powers to his brother American Eagle, however instead of heightened senses of an eagle, he has magic powers that allow him to control darkness, torture his victims, summon skeletal warriors, trap his enemies, and even kill people. He's also a skilled boxer, and he's very persuasive, being able to convince anyone to join his criminal empire. He's also smart enough to come up with elaborate plans to commit crimes, and take over the world.

Bio:
Benedict Lincoln is the younger brother of Jonathan Lincoln, the man who would eventually become the world-renowned superhero known as the American Eagle. Throughout his childhood, Benedict has always been jealous of his brother for being the favored of the two, and he would often try to one-up him in everything they did. This carried over into adulthood, as while Jonathan was drafted into the army to serve his country, which made Benedict jealous of him even further. He instead went into office work, working as a social security worker in Florida. It was there that he discovered his true evil nature, as most people who went to a social security office would get frustrated over the fact that they never get the benefits they really deserve. He didn't help the notion of social security at all, as he would often swindle his clients out of their money, and never gave them anything in return. He was able to cover up his scams from his superiors, and they never suspected anything from him, assuming that he's just another hard-working employee. However, Benedict never got over his jealousy for his brother, and vowed to get back at him one of these days.
One day while at work, Benedict received word that a new superhero known as the American Eagle has emerged, mostly serving as army propaganda to get more recruits. He saw him on TV, and he was able to recognize his voice as belonging to Jonathan, his older brother. Seeing this as his chance to get back at his brother, Benedict took time off from work to travel to his brother's army base to get some secrets about it. He then discovered the formula that gave Jonathan his powers, and after copying it, Benedict returned to Florida to recreate it to give himself the same results. He even added a few extra ingredients to the formula in hopes of making him more powerful than him, and when he finished it and drank it, it felt like he was becoming more powerful than his brother. But something in him started changing drastically. While did gain some of Jonathan's powers, the formula also stripped away most of his humanity, both inside and outside, turning him into a horrifying abomination. Disgusted by what he's become, Benedict quit his job at the social security office, and fled to the Himalayas to live in hiding.
While in the Himalayas, Benedict journeyed to a monastery where the monks treated to his injuries and offered him plenty of food and shelter. While staying at the monastery, he studied the mystic arts to help him heal his injuries, and hopefully restore his body to its original self. However, while he was able to heal his injuries, his body was turned green with monstrous features such as clawed hands and feet, and the rest of the skin on his face deteriorated, leaving a skull in its place. After mastering the mystic arts, Benedict decided to embrace his new appearance, and left the monastery to seek out his brother so he can destroy him. He eventually found him back in Orlando, Florida, raising a family of his own, and he invaded his home one night, and attacked him and his family. During the fight, he killed Jonathan's wide when he blocked a spell that he was aiming at him, and feeling no regret whatsoever, he fled into the outskirts of the city. With the help of a djinni named Tahira, American Eagle was able to find Benedict's current hideaway, and when he confronted him, he told him that he was actually his brother Benedict. American Eagle didn't believe him at first, but as soon as he told him about his former job at the social security office, he started to believe him, and he decided to bring him to justice one way or another. After the two brothers fought with each other, Benedict was defeated, and he was arrested for killing American Eagle's wife.
After spending a month in prison, Benedict escaped, and went into hiding, committing crimes all over Orlando now under the name Brother Grimskull. He eventually heard that American Eagle has just organized his own superhero company known as "Heroes, Ltd.", and he got inspired to open his own company for supervillains to compete with it. Using his magic powers, Brother Grimskull was able to construct an office building on the outskirts of Orlando (cleverly disguised as a social security office), and after fashioning a new suit for himself, Brother Grimskull immediately got to work making his company a real threat to the whole world as well as the city of Orlando. After recruiting a couple of supervillains by either breaking them out of police custody, offering them a chance to be a part of something bigger, or just bribing them with untold riches, Brother Grimskull became a feared name in the supervillain business, and with his new company, VillainCo, he vowed to never rest until Heroes, Ltd. is run out of business, and the world is his to command and control.

Strengths:
-Connection to the dark arts is strong
-Highly skilled boxer and can hold his own in a fist fight
-Is an excellent planner, coming up with brilliant strategies to commit crimes
-Very persuasive, being to convince people to join him
-Really good at delegation, assigning jobs to any villain that would best suit their abilities
-Clever enough to swindle people out of their hard-earned money
-Has powers that rival that to his own brother

Weaknesses:
-Very arrogant and full of himself, often gloating about how evil he is
-Treats his own employees horribly, no matter how loyal they are to him
-Is lactose intolerant, as dairy products would gum up his digestive system
-Insecurities about his childhood seem to haunt him relentlessly
-Can't swim, which explains his dislike for water sports
-His greedy and corrupt nature has gotten him in trouble at couple of times
-Has anger issues, and would lash out at anything at the drop of a hat
