They're surfing at the sea
This time, I gave a try to use some tools I've hardly used but found useful for this drawing, sea it's something I'm not really used to drawing, so, this is kinda more an experimentation thing
I really, like REALLY love Pokémon, and 3rd was my favourite generation EVER, and since Feraligatr (or Totodile) was my first Pokémon from my first adventure, I decided to draw him with me while we're in one of those adventures in the Hoenn region, they're there
Fun fact: I did this drawing 2 years ago, but, I finished it today
