I know at first I said this reunion was just a joke for last year April Fools, but I got too attached to the scenario soo... :")
yes, I change my mind. this is now official that their dad is still alive.
after the "true ending" of TDD where Panda leave Ugly Cat and Bonehand forever, not much is changed for the two cats as they are still outlaws.... but meeting their father can be the closure that they need. together they will resolve the family issues that's been haunting them for so long.

Well, the description unfortunately denies the possibility, but I was going to ask about how Panda and the pseudo-grandpa would interact? Would they get along theoretically or would he not really pay attention to Panda?
I could see him potentially being nice, albeit kinda neglectful and ultimately not really helping much even if he showed up before Panda left, but curious about your thoughts if you felt like entertaining the idea!

I think.. yes, Mr. Raynn would get along with his pseudo-grandson and he'll be proud of Daniel for taking the boy under his care.
(although Daniel/UC didn't really do a good job at being a father- but neither did Raynn for abandoning his sons so he feel that he doesn't have much say in it xD)
just so you know Mr. Raynn isn't a neglectful father, he does love his family. He just made bad decisions. like faking his death in order to protect his family (more on that later) but that ultimately fails and he deeply regret it.

The phrase "true ending" scares me so much. In fact, I came across you a couple of days ago after seeing a small Busted comic that was shared with me. Then I decided to go to Twitter, there I saw an additional panel with the ending, which amused me. Something prompted me to read your Twitter and the very next day I read the original comic with feral characters. And I began to study deeper and deeper. I try to look at all your posts related to OC, read everything and figure out everything that happened. And now I'm thinking, what if at some point the story just ends. It doesn't matter how, good or bad, but I don't want to leave Panda, UC and BH so much... I want to thank you for all your comics and all the work done on the plot. So much has not been revealed yet, but I honestly fell in love with your creativity, including the style of drawing, plot, characters and much more

I also have similar fear, that one day after I've revealed everything and their story just ends. :") but I think the trio still lives as long as I live. even if the main story ending is already established, we still have their Alternate Universes. like Panda's dragon version that is a whole another can of lore, that I plan to work on in the future after I squeezed every last bit of anthro/feral TDD content.
but do not worry, I think we won't see the end for another couple of years. I mean even the original feral comic dragged for so long (12 years and it's not anywhere near finished) because of my mental block and procrastination habit so yeah 😂😭
