Production Status and Description:
The cruiser designated the Constriction-class was designed late in the Freestates Campaign to begin strongholding safe territories and adjacents. With the avid moving of Denouncers out of patrol and acting as a intended replacement. For a cruiser of its size it is well armed, boasting the classic heavy array of Quads that all Denouncers models do. This however is its only positive outlook. The Constriction Cruiser is plagued by an adverse reactor system which harkens back to the original Denouncer's Pre-War design flaws. It has a noticably defective shield system which is powerful but tends to fluctuate when hit. Its Hull is noticably thinner and lighter in material and its movement speed is somehow SLOWER then the Denouncer 1. Their incredible arrays of firepower have been used to defend such flaws but the majority of captains voice constant complaints about these systems and shortcomings however the Freestates is keen on not changing the design.

Despkte all this however, millioms have been constructed and pushed out and often times Constriction Cruisers operate in pairs with one drawing fire and the other circling to strike the target, hence their designation of Constriction as they take their flaws into consideration often.
