I feel his pain. I haven't had antlers long but designing clothes to wear that are headgear friendly is a nuisance. -_-

Going by function, you need something which you do not have to pull your head through.
The only headgear-friendly t-shirt I see is something like what he is wearing already, but with the arms cut away this deep I really cannot call it a t-shirt anymore.

T-shirts are a type of clothing, and not the only thing that would be difficult to wear with antlers. For my graphic Ts I would probably have to design something with zippers on the sides or something. Something like this (which I would also wear), would need something like a backpack strap or click mechanism in the neck of the shirt and/or zippers on the sides to work. (I know you could also use buttons instead of zippers, but on the side it would be tedious and bad for your back so no buttons, zippers only.) It's not a matter of wearing what functions, it's about making functional what I wear.
