Ludek was one of many generic lizards in uniform to take orders and fight for a villain. Unsatisfied with his role as mere cannon fodder to hinder any good doer from reaching their objective however, Ludek chose to break from it and start strive for a new career as a fighter. Instead of getting a costume of his own though, he chose to remain in his uniform he had as a henchman.
