This is a concept I thought of where its a reimagined version of the entire fairy tale folklore genres mixed with the superhero genre.

Alice from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland has superhuman elasticity and size shifting powers, which is basically Kamala Khan but her powers were references to the magical food that Alice ate in her adventures that given her an effect.

The Ugly Duckling was given a superpower where he turns into a hideous beast, basically like The Incredible Hulk but a bird, his hulk form is a monstrous Dromornis ( a relative of waterfowls like swans and ducks) which I gave him pseudoteeth and a sharp tongue.
