I think the song is expressing a young child's want to get away from here parents via the simple action of removing one's underwear. So in a sense she is removing her parents leaving her unprotected, but she doesn't care whats going to happen without her "ubderwear" (parents) because she wants it to happen!.... at least... that's MY interpretation.
