I feel like 'beans' would be kind of restricting/ annoying in the anthro world, like trying to use a phone or remote control!

I’ve been giving that thought with like feet paws on my own characters, since they’re all plantigrade regardless of species, does the beans on the foot even make sense at that point, kno what I mean

I think foot beans still make sense! Ethan has them on his feet, just not his hands. I also like to do a lot of my characters bare foot (Since I can't draw shoes and I draw quite long paws), so it makes sense for mine to have them at least!

It means that part of the fur on the foot is always getting stepped on

Oh yeah, I suppose if you're doing flat feet like how I've done them on Ethan, then yeah, half of it would be fur! That's a good point. I may give him full foot pads too!
