Another of the Fiddlehead crew from Tempo Rubato, Rose is a lifelong friend of Cress and probably related to Anna in some way, though I'm not sure exactly how. She's style-conscious and kind of flirty, but that doesn't automatically make her shallow. She was born with two tails that she takes very good care of, and digitigrade legs, whcih I think might be uniquely a Fiddlehead thing in this setting.

It's kind of a general sketch/model sheet. The large portrait at the top is just that, and probably something I want to do a real background for and stuff; she compulsively plays with her hair. The lower-left and the one immediately to its right are sort of two frames in a larger sequence - I imagine that when Rose is startled, she kind of poofs out her tails, then wrings them together and smooths them out again as a nervous reflex. The shot of her from behind is just that, to help show how her legs and tails work, and the lower-right...

"Oh, Cress, it's so short! You should really grow it out."
"Can I read a book while you do this?"

Rose occasionally likes to bug Cress about her hair. Cress sometimes ends up being her style practice dummy. She's pretty good at what she does, though - she sees people like Rhime and Timbrel (two heads and wings, respectively) as something of a challenge.
