The simplest way to land is to just stop flying. Whatever you're doing to stay aloft, stop doing it.
If you can do so while close to the ground and at low speed, you might even land without serious injury.
I don't know how you're flying in the first place, so if there's some reason why this may not be possible, then I guess you're out of luck.
