commissions are when others pay you for a picture you draw for them.

well that is where the other person tells you what they want drawn. The comissioner tells you what they want, you give them a price to pay for your service and they get the very nice art you drew. You just have to decide if you want to do commissions and if you want to, what you would charge for skecth, ink, or colorlored art. Also what you are and are not willing to draw.
