In a dark corner there is an open air information desk that is open 16 hours per day. It's a standing desk, so you're supposed to be on your feet during all that time, especially when it's busy... As you walk over to the desk, you notice it's been left unattended, but it's open. The time is 7:30p.m., here is half an hour left until it closes... and then you can hear someone moaning in pain somewhere behind the desk. As you look closer... it's... the employee. He's resting against the wall with a bare foot lifted on a wood stand, while his other shoe was on. The soles of his feet hurt so badly after standing for so long, he can't possibly take another minute standing up. He just had the hardest day he ever had on the job, and his overworked feet never hurt as badly as they did when you saw him. He didn't realise you were there...
"oooww I can't take it anymore... I can't believe how much my feet hurt... oooh Gosh massage my soles..." He mumbles, hoping that God would hear his cries. He desperately needs a foot massage... He doesn't know what to do... or say... his feet hurt so much he just can't be at the desk anymore... This is the life of an overworked employee.
