Finally sentenced for their many crimes, It was time for the wanted criminal to have their photo taken to put against their file.
Maybe because they are a cruel, evil creature, reminiscing on their many misdeeds and crimes against humanity, or maybe they were taking a shot at their last "heck you" to the man, or most likely they had absolutely no idea what's going on, the subject refused to stop smiling for the very very serious photo.
Whatever the case, the world can rest assured that this master of crime has been locked away for good... wait, where are they?... OH NO.
