The shading here is well done and I'm, really impressed at the attention to detail you've shown. The lighting is quite consistent with the shadowing too. But out of curiosity, did you make those symbols up on the front? Also, what is the small spike on the bottom of the staff for?
If I may point something out, his left robe arm seems a little off and too wide at the end for the location of his arm. It doesn't give the impression of weight a robe like that would have. For example, when holding an arm up with a robe on, the fabric past the elbow tends to bunch up a little around it as it slides back. The open end also forms a fairly narrow droop, much like on this guy's right arm but a little more rounded at the bottom.
