In rolling green hills
I happened along a tranquil path

which led me to a
quaint hovel occupied
by a peculiar couple

She tended the fields, and with
the spare harvest he would create
fearsome brews with which he
was most generous in sharing!

My imagination reeled at the
dubious circumstances that may have
joined their paths of life, however
I held my tongue on the matter.

I could not bring myself to disrupt serenity.
