Born in Rain Island (small town up near Great Wolf Lake), Ray joined the Naval Syndicate at age nineteen and transferred to the Air Arm, taking his flight training at Seathl. He earned his callsign, 'Ghost,' from his habit of sneaking up on his adversaries during combat flight training.

He's stationed at the Moon Island base on Spontoon, flying the KV-9 seaplane fighter, which is where he met Halli Amura (callsign either 'Seahawk' or 'Killer Rabbit,' depending on who you talk to). The two rabbits hit it off, and they make a pretty good couple.
