With enough skill and practice a telekinetic specialist can manipulate more than just solid matter. Liquid and air can also be easily moved with some practice, but a rare few are both naturally talented enough and well-practiced enough to bend much more difficult flows such as electrical discharges. With finely-tuned powers Jordan can draw out electrical charges and guide lightning to its intended target to devastating effect.

Thanks to the work of one Dr. Vincent Anderson he has a cybernetic arm that aids him in using this incredible power. Inside the upper arm are a pair of systems that work in tandem, an internal battery that can store electrical charge, and a dynamo that can be cranked with telekinesis in the event the battery is discharged. Inside the forearm is a bank of capacitors that can hold the electricity long enough for the wielder to aim, and an extendable blade that both serves as a backup weapon and a guide for the initial surge of current.
